1. The basics
By shopping at quirktee.com, you agree to these terms. We sell funny t-shirts; you buy them; everybody laughs. If any part of these terms doesn't work for you, please don't use the site.
2. Products & pricing
We work hard to keep product info accurate, but typos happen (we're comedians, not accountants). If we mess up a price or product detail on your order, we'll contact you before printing — you can always cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders & payment
Your order is confirmed when payment is captured via PayPal. We print to order, so once printing starts (usually within 24 hours), we can't cancel — but our 30-day return policy still applies after delivery.
4. Shipping & returns
See our shipping & returns page for timelines and costs. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up your package — but if it arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right, fast.
5. Intellectual property
All Quirktee designs, text, and graphics are ours (or licensed to us). Buying a shirt gives you the right to wear it gloriously — not to reproduce the design commercially.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the site for anything illegal, don't try to break it, and don't submit joke ideas involving our competitors' trademarks. (Kidding. Mostly.)
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We're not responsible for spontaneous laughter, new friendships formed over your shirt, or jealous looks from people in boring clothes.
8. Changes
